What Our Connecticut Cottage Guests Are Saying:
“Staying at Tracy’s house was like going back in time and living like an 18th century local. The accommodations were immaculate and her hospitality was 2nd to none. Thank you!”

“Charming unique historical home not far from the many attractions and sites in the area along the Connecticut River. Tracy is a very hospitable host and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.”

“If you’re looking for the epitome of hospitality, this is your spot! Tracy, Emily and Dorothy were the hosts of this incredibly charming cottage, and I felt like it was my own family that was taking care of me during my stay. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, and even went out of their way to set up the fire pit for us on our last night there. The backyard is gorgeous and peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoyed drinking the local coffee out on the raised back patio. The beds are comfortable, and the blankets are luxurious. What a cozy and relaxing stay. It’s an historical home so keep in mind that the ceilings are low on the upper level—if you’re tall, take the downstairs bedroom. 🙂 It’s a unique space with thoughtful and personal touches. Everything is so classy! I’d come back here in a heartbeat! Such a special stay, and truly wonderful hosts.”

“It was a privilege to stay in this historic house built in the 1700’s. The host put much thought and effort into making the accommodations very comfortable. The location is quintessential rural Connecticut–close to great hikes, rivers, lakes, horse stables. Taking the ferry across the river to the restaurants in Chester is one of my life’s pleasures.”
